If you would like to see a counselor or ask a question and receive an e-mail reply, please do the following:

1. Click on the name of the appropriate counselor.
2. PUT "APPOINTMENT" IN THE SUBJECT LINE .
3. In the body of the request, include:
-- Your name and Student ID Number.
--Your email.
--The type of request:

You may add any specific information you think would be helpful for us to have.
Your counselor will reply via e-mail or send a call tag to request you come to the Guidance Center.

PARENTS:

If you would like to have a counselor call you, make an appointment with a counselor, or receive a reply to a question via e-mail, please do the following:

1. Click on the name of the appropriate counselor.
2. PUT “APPOINTMENT” IN THE SUBJECT LINE.
3. In the body of the request include:
-- Your name and email
--Your phone number(s) & the best time during the day to reach you
--Your student's name
--You may wish to include a brief description regarding the reason for the request
